If your property was damaged or broken into, you should do the following:

  • Document exactly what happened
  • Note the time and location of the incident
  • Take as many pictures/videos of the damage as possible
  • Make a list of any items that are damaged or missing
  • Keep all receipts of any expenses associated with the incident
  • Keep a record of any investigating officers including name, badge number, and occurrence number.

We work with many different insurance companies and each company offers a variety of different payment options. Some of these options include monthly pay plans, 3 pay plans, payment in full, credit card payment, Interac E-transfer, and online payments. Rented dwelling insurance is for people who rent out their property or properties to others. It covers liability as well as coverage for damages or theft.
